Acts 1:8 speaks of the power and plan of the Holy Spirit in mission work. As you are filled with the Spirit, you become a witness for the gospel. The geographical outline of Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the world suggests we are to be active in each simultaneously — we have neighbors, regions, and people groups to give witness to.
