It was brought to my attention today that the Daily Walk Thru the New Testament for October 25, 26, and 27 were omitted from our daily posts. I apologize for this mistake and have included those three Daily Devotionals in this post.  Please forgive, Randy

Daily Walk Through the New Testament
October 25
Read Acts 27:1-26

The lives of all the passengers on the ship in Acts 27 seemed to be in great danger. In such a severe storm, the ship’s destruction seemed inevitable. Paul, however, knew something the others did not: everyone would remain safe. An angel of God had told him the night before that although the ship would run aground, there would be no loss of life.
God’s Word is filled with promises. Whether you’re looking at His words about salvation and eternal life or His assurance that all your needs will be met by His riches in glory, you can see proof that God is mindful of you (John 3:16-17; Philippians 4:19). The key is to believe that what God says is true! Most Christians believe God will provide for others in need, but question whether He will provide for them when they are in need. Paul had no doubts about what the angel said. He trusted God’s promise of safety. Will you do the same with the promises God has made to you? It is time to step up and believe God’s Word concerning you. It is time to realize He knows your needs and He cates for you as much as He cares for others. Now is the time to trust God and His promises.

Read Acts 27:27-28:10

God’s purposes are greater that we can imagine, yet He chooses to work in and through us to accomplish them. As we participate with Him, amazing things begin to happen around us as He brings to pass that which He desires. God has saved you “for such a time as this” (Esther 4:14). He has gifted you especially for His work at this point in history. Your perspective on life is unique and significant, and He wants to use you to carry out His will at this hour.
Will you allow God to work through you? His promises are sure, His faithfulness is unquestionable, and His love is undeniable. You can be a history maker as you partner with God in this great adventure. Submit yourself to His purposes today.
